Have bananas that are getting mushy?
Typically, I peel them and throw them in the freezer (so they are ready to go for smoothies), but this morning we made an old favorite in our house...Banana Popsicles!!
They couldn't be easier...
Line Parchment Paper with long slices of bananas
You can stop there and put them in straight into the freezer for a delicious snack, or...
Put together a fun topping mix that you or even your kiddos can sprinkle on top of the Bananas.
My daughter choose to mix up: Ground Flax Seed, Chia Seed & Coconut Flakes.
And that's it. Yes, it's really that easy...and the kiddos LOVE them! Both my 15 month old and 3 year old enjoy these healthy snacks!
