Is Beautycounter Cruelty Free?

May 24, 2016

I get asked this question a lot. And rightfully so. It's important.  I personally don't want to support a company that tests on animals.

So, Does Beautycounter Test on Animals?

"No. Beautycounter does not test any of our products on animals, nor do we ask others to do so. We do not have our own manufacturing facility; we contract with several independent formulators. These formulators also do not conduct animal testing."

Why isn't the cruelty free logo ("Leaping Bunny logo" or "PETA’s cruelty-free logo") listed on Beautycounter's products?

At this time, Beautycounter is still deciding on which certifications we should pursue.  We are a young company and there are dozens of wonderful certifications out there that we qualify for...but we are still figuring out which are most important to our customers.

Personally, I'm hoping to see a bunny logo in Beautycounter's future!

These clean, cruelty free products have made such a difference in my skin and I would love to share them with you! If you've never tried Beautycounter products let me show you how amazing they are. Simply fill out this form and I'll send you samples customized to your needs.
