When we are traveling, I have limited options for ingredients.  Sometimes it's because there just aren't options available.  Sometimes it is because we are in a place for such limited time that to get a bunch of ingredients is a waste. 

So, I use ingredients that we have lying around in to make random recipes.

This one is pretty self explanatory. Just use a safe conditioner and you have a great, simple hair detangler / leave in conditioner spray for kids or adults.  

If you use 3 ounces of conditioner, you'll use 6 ounces of water - you may even want a little more water, depending on your preference and hair type. 

Have bananas that are getting mushy?

Typically, I peel them and throw them in the freezer (so they are ready to go for smoothies), but this morning we made an old favorite in our house...Banana Popsicles!!

They couldn't be easier...
